White Glove Cleaning Services
A DEEP THOROUGH cleaning of the entire home. This will include, baseboards, drawers, cabinets, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, carpets, windows, etc.... The home will be clean to the touch, pleasant to the eyes and aromatic.
Yard Maintenance
Trimming of lawn and hedges, removal of leaves and overgrowth, planting of new plants/flowers at additional cost and agent/ homeowners wish, pine straw and mulch spreading. Routine maintenance is available at an additional cost.
General Maintenance and Repairs
All general maintenance and repairs to include: Drywall, plumbing, floor repair/ replacement, door and window replacement, carpet cleaning/ replacement, roofing repairs, painting of interior and pressure washing of exterior of the home.
Lock Changes/ Re-Key
Replacement or re-key of all exterior entry doors.
Board Ups
Includes: Boarding up all windows and glass entry doors.

Photos taken before and after a cleanup or repair. All photos taken with a high quality digital camera, hard copies or CD's available with invoice.
